Relief Registered Early Childhood EducatorWe are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Registered Early Childhood Educator Relief who demonstrates compassion, accountability, responsiveness and empowerment toward clients, families and coworkers.This is a unionized, temporary position. The rate of pay is $17.71 per hour, ranging from $23.71 to $28.37 based on eligible wage top‑ups. Hours per week are up to 40.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, plan, promote, implement, and evaluate day‑to‑day operations of the programs with the support of the Supervisor Early Years and other staff.Plan and implement programming based on the Ministry of Education’s pedagogy “How Does Learning Happen?” and the “Tools for Life” Program.Create and maintain a safe learning setting that is responsive to the interests and needs of the children in the program.Provide quality, play‑based learning and supervision of all children in the care of Wesley Urban Ministries at all times.Ensure program needs are being met and in compliance with program licensing requirements.Welcome, support and interact with all clients, including those from culturally diverse backgrounds, newcomers to Canada, LGBTQ2S+, young parents,
