We’re looking to fill an opening for a Solution Architect to join the Application Development & Enterprise Platforms team. The focus will be on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cloud architecture with extensive hands‑on experience delivering customer‑facing authentication modernization programs using Okta/Auth0, Azure AD/External ID, and Azure API Management, including user migrations, passkey adoption, SSO, delegated authentication, and secure API architectures.

Reporting to the Director, Technical Delivery and Architecture, the Solution Architect Asoneaviso: You seek out diverse perspectives, share your knowledge and work together to help colleagues, clients and partners succeed Design end‑to‑end solutions, including network and disaster recovery planning Deliver analysis, high-level solutions, application design, and default technology catalog and reference artifacts Drive standardization and adoption of architectural best practices and common patterns across integration, cloud adoption, and application modernization Manage application portfolio, including application rationalization, vendor consolidation, obsolescence management, risk mitigation, function automation, and optimization of user satisfaction and cost savings Develop enterprise architecture and business line architectural roadmaps of current and target states and socialize to gain endorsement Drive architecture council approval process for new technology adoption and implementation Act as a technical lead in project/product development utilizing agile methodologies and DevSecOps automation practices Act as a technology partner within Aviso by proactively building relationships with the business groups to ensure achievable and technologically sound solutions are implemented Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is considered an asset. ~5+ years in customer‑facing roles leading complex technical architecture discussions with senior executives,



enterprise architects, IT leadership, and development teams. ~3+ years of hands‑on experience with Okta/Auth0 implementations, including user migration strategies, authentication modernization initiatives, passkey adoption, and large‑scale identity platform transformations. ~ Custom policy design and implementation ~ Branded customer identity experiences ~ Extensive experience designing and implementing solutions using Okta/Auth0, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD B2B/B2C, External ID), and Azure API Management (APIM).

Experience building onboarding and identity solutions for diverse user populations (e.g., investors, advisors, partners, and customers) across multiple organizations with integrated SSO capabilities. Proven experience designing complex delegated authentication and authorization models that enable secure, personalized digital experiences across enterprise and consumer‑facing applications. Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, including cloud architecture, resource configuration, governance, security, monitoring, and operational excellence.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, clients, partners, and technical teams to define identity requirements, user personas, security controls, and target‑state architectures. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive audiences.

Experience leading enterprise‑scale IAM modernization or customer identity transformation programs. Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Qualified/Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate,



or Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset.
