The primary focus of this role to is to enable improved store execution and activation resulting in sales and margin increases while improving the overall in-store customer experience. You will lead a team of Space Planning Specialists to deliver timely, accurate and visually appealing planograms and out of department visual presentation programs. The business is also looking for someone who has:Post-secondary university education in Retail Management or similarA minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership roleA minimum of 5 years of progressive retail merchandising experienceKnowledge of Canadian Tire Merchandising philosophies, best practices and store environments are an assetWorking knowledge of retail space management practices and technology, with experience working with the JDA/Blue Yonder Space Planning or SpacemanBroadband Salary Range: $64,000 - $106,000 CADOur typical hiring range is between $65,000 and $75,000.
