Lead the build of rapid, contemporary websites and webapps for clients across North America. You will own features end to end — from data model to deployed UI.
Responsibilities Build and ship features across the stack — Next.js, React, Node, Postgres.
Own performance: sub-1.5s loads, accessible markup, clean architecture.
Review pull requests and mentor mid-level engineers.
Work directly with designers and clients to scope and refine work.
Requirements 5+ years building production web apps with React and Node.
Strong TypeScript and SQL fundamentals.
Eye for performance, accessibility and maintainable code.
Explicit written and spoken English.
