The role involves providing specialized analysis, evaluation, and reporting to inform business decisions and improve HR processes. This position may also serve as a Case Manager in the Global Mobility Relocation Services team, focusing on domestic relocation case management for colleagues relocating within Canada or the United States. This highly visible, colleague-facing role emphasizes customer service, process improvement, adaptability, and delivering exceptional relocation experiences.About the RoleThis is a day-to-day support position managing end-to-end case service delivery for relocation files, troubleshooting questions, ordering services, and coordinating movers. The role requires the ability to work with HR and the line of business. Approximately 25% of time is spent in meetings. Interaction is with internal and external partners, including external relocation service providers and domestic relocation focused contacts.Key AccountabilitiesCustomer-Focused Activities:Conduct research and evaluation related to HR initiatives; interact with partners; facilitate meetings and learning sessions; analyze business performance; drive process improvements; develop HR standards and metrics; coordinate policymeetings; support policy and process training and communication; conduct impact assessments for policy changes.Provide domestic relocation advisory, support, and education to HR/TA partners and business unitsManage domestic relocation inquiries and counsel stakeholders on programs,



including offer letter wording and cost estimatesManage shared inbox/ASK HR PortalProvide proactive and regular updates to HR/hiring manager/other Global Mobility stakeholders on overall status of fileServe as the primary internal contact for relocating colleagues, conducting pre-offer walk-throughs, counselling colleague on approved relocation support and ongoing communication throughout the relocation lifecycleObtain Privacy Use of Information form for all relocationsCreate, update, and maintain Colleague’s relocation file in database/system of recordEngage with Travel & Expense team as necessaryEnsure Relocation/Moving allowance is paid timelyPrepare CRA lettersManage exception requestsProvide backup support to other case managers as neededCoordinate service delivery with external partners such as relocation management companies, destination service providers, movers, and tax and immigration firmsEngage regularly with external preferred partners to ensure seamless service delivery and successful Colleague experienceAudit vendor invoices and approve for paymentProvide specialized support for home sale/purchase program, working closely with service partner to ensure seamless service delivery and risk mitigationNegotiate/decision making on home losses that affect the business/bankKeep business/HR updated on any potential losses associated with home salesAudit home sale final billing & approve for paymentConduct immigration strategy assessments and coordinate petitions on cross-border/international casesTrack visa/work permit expiries and initiate renewalsReview immigration billing and assignment end datesShareholder Responsibilities:Adhere to enterprise frameworks and confidentiality; contribute to operational activities and projects; stay current withHR trends; conduct research; provide guidance to others; identify and manage risks; support a cultureof risk management and control.Employee/Team Responsibilities:Promote a positive work environment; enhance own expertise; share knowledge; participate in development activities; communicate project status; support diversityand equity; assist teammates; provide coaching and guidance; act as a brand ambassador.Required Skills (Must-Have Hard Skills)Strong communication skillsStrong organizational skills – takes initiativeGlobal mobility / relocation experienceProblem solving skills – thinking ahead – providing solutionsExperience with invoicingStrong attention to detailCustomer experience focusBasic knowledge of ExcelMS Office – SharePoint, Outlook, TeamsPreferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)Experience with global mobility in a financial services backgroundHR backgroundExperience with home saleEducation RequirementsUndergraduate degree with 3+ years experience in HR or global mobilityRequired Experience2–4 years of overall HR or related experiencePerformance MeasurementDeliverablesQuality of workMeeting deadlinesOverall customer experienceDisqualifiersSomeone that does not have any relevant experienceJob hopping without explanationWork Workplace / Physical RequirementsTeam size: 9 membersApproximately 25% time spent in meetingsInteraction with internal and external partners including relocation service providers, vendors, and stakeholdersWill not have access to customer dataTraining period: 2 weeksIdeal Candidate BackgroundHas worked with global mobility in another banking industry organizationGood communication skillsGood organizational skillsCustomer focused#J-18808-Ljbffr
