and test results.Participate in analysis of test results and data using standard software packages.Write routine reports and prepare records of test methods, observations, and data.Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations, and solve problems.Ensure customer satisfaction by following quality and safety practices in all aspects of the work performed.Perform clerical duties such as word processing, filing, and record keeping.Perform routine processes such as shipping, receiving, inventory control, and housekeeping.Travel to customer sites in Canada and occasionally internationally.Perform other duties as required.What You Need to SucceedCompletion of high school and additional electrical courses.Five years of related experience or equivalent advanced education in electrical engineering technology, electronics, or similar.Experience using modern electronic test equipment and instrumentation.Demonstrated knowledge of electrical principles.Experience troubleshooting electrical/electronic devices and testing.Proficient computer skills for data acquisition and analysis.Knowledge of QA principles and safety practices.High level of initiative and problem-solving skills.Ability to be granted nuclear site security clearance.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Robust customer service orientation and interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with staff and clients.Security Clearance:The successful candidate must complete a security clearance process in accordance with Canadian Security Intelligence Service and Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission regulations; the process may take upto 12 months.Diversity Survey:As part of your application, you will be asked to complete a voluntary diversity survey.
