This includes estimating, scheduling, proposal creation, and coordination with subcontractors and field teams.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in client meetings and assist with proposals and bidsCoordinate estimates, gather subcontractor quotes, and build takeoffsPrepare project budgets, timelines, and risk assessmentsEnsure accurate handoff of information to field teamsTrack permits, drawings, and pre-approval documentsAssist in value engineering and constructability reviewsMaintain organized project records via Buildertrend and Google WorkspaceFoster relationships with subcontractors, suppliers,
