Applicants must be able to work well with their hands in a manufacturing shop workplace.

Must be able to easily,
Read tape measure accurately
Take verbal direction along with follow directions on drawings
Have excellent numerical aptitude, problem solving skills, and show attention to detail
Lift approximately 50lbs

Rate of pay will be based on experience. We are willing to train the right applicant.

Duties
Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.




Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of best practices.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and safety practices is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to learn current skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. We encourage candidates who are eager to contribute positively to our team while developing their skills in a dynamic work workplace.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
