Join Broadview Psychology to support youth and families in Toronto and Stouffville through exceptional mental health care. This role focuses on assessment and therapy using CBT or DBT approaches.
As a Psychologist, you will either specialize in the assessment division or manage both assessment and intervention services. A robust emphasis is placed on supervising child and adolescent assessments, along with providing individual and group therapy. Collaboration with a dedicated team and participation in DBT consultation meetings will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychodiagnostic and psychoeducational assessments
• Supervise testing and support staff in assessment
• Provide therapy primarily using CBT or DBT models
• Collaborate with clinicians for comprehensive care
• Participate in program evaluation and leadership initiatives
Requirements:
• Expertise in child and adolescent psychology recommended
• Experienced in CBT and/or DBT methodologies
• Robust leadership and collaboration skills required
• Previous experience in a clinic setting preferred
• Relevant psychological qualifications and certifications needed
