HomeTeam Network is seeking a Financial Controller with a strong background in accounting and a Canadian CPA to oversee all facets of accounting operations. This role, with 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, offers the chance to collaborate directly with the CFO and business leaders on budgeting and strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities:



• Own all accounting functions including AP and AR management • Prepare and review financial statements per GAAP standards • Drive efficient month-end and year-end closing processes • Build and uphold internal controls to protect business assets • Lead external audits and regulatory compliance initiatives

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required • 7+ years accounting experience, 2+ in a leadership role • Proficiency in NetSuite with 3+ years as a power user • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERPs • Excellent communication skills for financial presentations
