Anywhere based in Canada but preferred in or near Vancouver, Toronto or Halifax.Type of Contract:Full-Time, Fixed-Term (June 2026 to May 2027)Salary:$60,000 CAD per annum pro rataJob PurposeThe contract role for Marketing Manager, EFL North America is a remote or hybrid role that will oversee all marketing and communications for the Canada English Language division, which includes Adult English, Juniors, Year‑Round Groups, and IELTS in Canada and the USA.Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Global EFL and Career Colleges, the Marketing Manager will work closely with the Global Recruitment Team (GRT), Direct‑to‑Consumer team (DTC), English School staff, Operations team, and other marketing teams and colleagues, and will be the subject matter expert for English Language programs in North America.Closely aligned with marketing, sales, and business operations teams, the Marketing Manager will develop sales enablement material, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives that resonate with agents, students, parents, and influencers with a focus on building awareness, positioning, consideration, and preference for our programs in North America.For direct‑to‑consumer initiatives specifically, the Marketing Manager will also support the needs of the Growth Marketing team to drive domestic and international onshore student recruitment efforts in partnership with sales in North America. They will also be working closely with global colleagues to share and implement best practices, and ensure efforts are aligned across territories and support company‑wide targets for student recruitment.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesIntegrated campaign strategy and developmentManage and optimize all North America English Language and IELTS Google Business profilesSupport the development of compelling and strategic campaigns through a variety of channels (paid, organic) to drive student recruitment and growth in our North America Adult English programsSupport the monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness/ROI of campaignsPartner with Growth Marketing and Customer Marketing teams to create and optimize campaign strategiesManage the English Language online presence, strengthening our positioning against competitors and building brand awareness through clear and consistent communications and journeys that maximize lead generation, conversion, and advocacyHelp maintain and evolve the global Adult English and Juniors websites, and own the IELTS tests website, with a focus on ensuring content updates and accuracy, as well as enhancing UX and SEO performance in partnership with the Digital Products teamRegularly report on social media, website marketing, and Google Business profile metrics to improve reach, engagement and followersDevelop a social media marketing strategy for Instagram and YouTube, own KPIs, and create engaging digital content to highlight programs, unique value propositions, and showcase student experiences on social media – fun stories, testimonials, infographics, photos, and videosBe the global Marketing lead for English Language social media, providing guidance and insights to the other EFL Marketing team membersContent marketing and sales enablement supportCollaborate with key stakeholders to develop engaging content that drives brand and program awareness, as well as supports overall division targets,



delivering:Blog and newsletter content – Together with marketing team colleagues and other global team members, develop a content calendar and deliver engaging blog articles and monthly agent newsletters highlighting key selling points English Language and Juniors locations and programsEmail marketing – Create and execute quality email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert prospective agents and students, keep existing agents informed and engaged, as well as support organic lead generation through website trafficSales enablement – Be the owner of product knowledge for North America English Language, Juniors, and YRG sales enablement activities and marketing materials, ensuring effective communications and accurate and up‑to‑date content:Lead the annual re‑design, development, and production of internal and market‑facing collateral for the North America programsCreate new collateral and display items to build awareness of and interest in our programs at our schools and in partnership with the GRT and DTC teams at key events and conferencesEnsure collateral, merchandise, and display items are high‑quality, on brand, and adapted to specific audiences as neededRegularly produce content that promotes student success and supports sales’ recruitment effortsSupport student and agent events and webinars and ensure ongoing enhancements by tracking key performance metricsBe the global Marketing lead for English language design, providing content guidance and design creativity to collateral and partnering with the global design team as‑neededNew product and partner launchesIn collaboration with the New Launches Marketing and corporate Marketing teams where applicable, support launches of new partners and productsEnsure that launch marketing plans support achievement of business goalsBrand management and positioningMaintain and evolve the brand identity and consistency for English Language in North America, in addition to supporting global brand and design initiativesDevelop differentiated positioning to stand out from competition with students, agents, and partnersWork with the global design team to organize and develop creative designs templates for improved efficiency and effectivenessDevelop product‑level benefits and KSPs messaging that drives interest, applications, and bookingsOwn the North America English Language competitive landscape, partnering closely with sales to continue to evolve KSPsIn collaboration with key stakeholdersMaintain and evolve the brand identity and consistency for English Language in North America, in addition to supporting global brand and design initiativesDevelop differentiated positioning to stand out from competition with students, agents, and partnersWork with the global design team to organize and develop creative designs templates for improved efficiency and effectivenessDevelop product‑level benefits and KSPs messaging that drives interest, applications, and bookingsOwn the North America English Language competitive landscape, partnering closely with sales to continue to evolve KSPsCross‑functional teamwork & collaborationCollaborate with sales, school staff, operations, and marketing team members to provide a joined‑up service and promote Canadian programs to students, parents, and agentsShared website positioning, UX,
