Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our energetic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in food service and familiarity with POS systems are highly valued.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering functions and cash handling procedures
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods




Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant workplace preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
Robust customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic cashiering and order management
Experience with food industry standards, serving, and hospitality best practices is desirable
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
