Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food handling and safety protocols
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with excellent time management skills




Engage with guests proactively, answer questions about menu items, recommend specials, and provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty

Qualifications
Previous restaurant serving experience .familiarity with serving in a fast-paced workplace is a plus
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is desirable
Robust knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Food service experience that highlights your ability to serve with professionalism and enthusiasm
