Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) system
Serve food and drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and handling standards
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food safety protocols




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service
Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, with a solid understanding of serving procedure
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Experience in hospitality or food service roles that demonstrate reliability and teamwork
