ServiceNow ATF Test Engineer – GRC/Risk

Location: Toronto, Canada

Duration: 12 Months plus

Experience: 7–10 years overall, 5–8 years relevant

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Test Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to support testing and QA for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

Mandatory Skills

Solid hands-on ServiceNow ATF experience.

5–8 years of relevant ServiceNow Testing/QA experience.

Experience creating and executing ATF automated test cases, test suites, and test scenarios.

Solid understanding of ServiceNow testing processes and QA methodologies.

Hands-on testing experience with ServiceNow GRC/Risk/Compliance modules,



including:

Control Testing

Emerging Risk

Enterprise Risk Identification

Incident Management

Issues Management

Operational Risk Events / Loss Events

Policy Management

Risk Acceptance / Risk Treatment

RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment)

RAMS (Risk Appetite Metrics)

PRC

GRCM / Compliance Tooling

Compliance Testing

Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred.

Good software analysis, design, problem-solving, and communication skills.
