Provide exceptional care as a Registered Nurse in Women & Child Care at Brightshores in Owen Sound. Focus on both paediatric and neonatal patients in a part-time role.

This role involves direct reporting to the Manager of Women and Child Care, where you will engage in comprehensive nursing functions including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your work will be essential in ensuring evidence-based care delivery while promoting a protected and culturally sensitive setting for patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and deliver nursing care effectively
• Serve in a Resource Nurse capacity as required
• Address diverse needs of paediatric patients
• Ensure performance improvement standards are upheld
• Facilitate family-centered care initiatives

Requirements:
• Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Current certifications in BCLS and NRP
• Recent experience in paediatric and surgical nursing
• Proficiency in IV and peripheral access procedures
• Solid leadership and organizational abilities
