What is the opportunity?Investor Services role focuses on legacy reporting migration within RBC's Data and Digital center. The team builds high-performing, resilient, scalable data and BI solutions for internal and external stakeholders. You'll join an agile team as a Business Intelligence & Analytics professional, leveraging various technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions. The position emphasizes continuous growth, analytical thinking, and collaborative problem‑solving to strengthen RBC's data capabilities and digital transformation initiatives.What will you do?Requirements Gathering – Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, rules, and user stories; collaborate with business, product, and development teams throughout delivery.Project Coordination – Serve as key project team member ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery alongside delivery leads, developers, and data experts.Stakeholder Communication – Proactively engage with internal stakeholders (Operations, Client Success, Data Engineering) to analyze requirements and deliver necessary documentation.Primary Contact – Act as first-line liaison for internal stakeholders across multiple departments.Data Integrity – Review and validate data quality for accurate analysis, business insights, and hypothesis testing.BI & Reporting – Build Power BI reports/dashboards and translate findings into executive-level communications.Analytics Expertise – Analyze data trends, interpret results, develop KPIs, explain drivers,
