Become an integral part of Bird as a Finance Accounts Payable Analyst located in Edmonton or Winnipeg. This role entails managing invoice audits, employee expense validations, and credit card reconciliations focused on our Shared Services department.
We're looking for a motivated individual with a minimum of two years in Accounts Payable and relevant post-secondary education. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical capabilities, knowledge of Excel, and experience with financial systems like OnBase and/or Viewpoint. Communication and team collaboration are also key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure precision in district office invoicing
• Audit employee expenses through Concur for compliance
• Validate and process non-Concur expenses in Viewpoint




• Reconcile credit cards and resolve any discrepancies
• Manage payroll-related invoice entries and payments timely
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Currently enrolled or graduated from a related program
• Familiarity with OnBase or Viewpoint is beneficial
• Robust analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
