12+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on Middleware and integration platforms, primarily IBM ACE / IIB / WMB and IBM MQ and Cp4i SaaS.Proven experience managing Middleware projects and BAU operations, including complex integrations, platform upgrades, migrations, modernization initiatives, and continuous enhancements.Strong understanding of integration architectures and patterns, including event‑driven, publish/subscribe, request–reply, and synchronous/asynchronous communication models.Ability to plan, track, and govern middleware delivery, managing schedules, risks, dependencies, milestones, and financials across both project and run engagements.Demonstrated experience working closely with technical leads, architects, platform owners, and development teams to drive end‑to‑end delivery and outcomes.Excellent stakeholder management and governance skills, with the ability to present explicit, concise, and business‑relevant status, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders.Ability to prepare, review, and govern HLDs, LLDs, interface specifications, and migration plans from a delivery, risk, and operational readiness perspective.Good understanding of AI‑enabled delivery and QA strategy including:Use of AI tools for project tracking, dependency analysis, and delivery insights.Familiarity with AI‑assisted documentation, impact analysis,
