Located at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, this role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients facing long-term health challenges. You will work closely with an interprofessional team dedicated to holistic recovery and well-being, ensuring that every patient's unique needs are met with compassion and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and administer patient nursing care plans
• Provide mentorship to new RPN staff and students
• Engage in interdisciplinary care planning discussions
• Deliver education on rehabilitation nursing to families




• Maintain a commitment to patient safety protocols

Requirements:
• Positive standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN diploma from an approved educational institution preferred
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Preferred experience in Complex Continuing Care
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
