Construction Project ManagerFull-TimeOur client, a well-established and growing construction company in the Ottawa area, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys leading projects from inception to completion and has experience managing small to large-scale construction projects.Candidates with restoration experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as this experience is considered a valuable asset.Key Responsibilities- Manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met.- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from small renovations to large commercial or institutional projects.- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and progress reports.- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project performance, quality, and safety.- Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and client communications.- Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project timelines.- Foster strong relationships with clients, trades,
