Kildonan Energy Services is looking for a full time sales executive to promote our growing service and energy retrofit business. Applicate must have experience in the building services or electronics/electrical/mechanical building systems industry focused on commercial, institutional and post secondary education sectors.Experience managing large portfolios and individual customers alike.

Understanding of Variable Frequency Drives and Building Automation Systems is advantagous.

Duties
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new business prospects within target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their evolving needs.
Lead negotiations with prospective clients,



ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
Collaborate with Service team to establish accounts and action lists

Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or service sales roles with a track record of exceeding targets.
Robust negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of delivering persuasive presentations.

Salary plus commissions and expenses. Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
