Work hours must be versatile, with Saturdays almost a must. Expect 40–45 hrs/week in the slow season (Oct–Feb) and 50–55 hrs/week in the peak season (Mar–Sep).This is not a typical 9 to 5 job; availability whenever the phone rings is required. If you seek a job with strictly defined hours, this position is not for you.Employment Requirements3 years of sales experience.Any experience in the trades is a bonus but not required.Basic computer skills.Adaptability to a hectic, constantly changing business environment.Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for all times of day.Pass a criminal background check.We want closers who are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
