Job ProfileUniformed Asset Protection Personnel (Customer Service)LocationAtlantic Superstore Sackville – 745 Sackville Dr, Lower Sackville, NS, B4E 2R2Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service and support to all internal and external customers.Respond to Gatekeeper alarms and receipt checks as required.Assess safety hazards (e.G., spills, wet floors) and take proper procedures to ensure customer safety.Escalate any crisis or emergency situations in a timely manner.Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.Perform other duties as required.Job QualificationsExperience within a retail environment preferred.Ability to foster partnerships with store teams.Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building relationships.Professional, friendly,
