We are looking for Sr Manager, Client Services(Production Lead), who lead the production project management function - taking client work after handoff and driving it into production cleanly and accurately. This includes working with Pre-Press to ensure files are production-ready, releasing work into production, setting up kitting and production paperwork, monitoring on the floor as needed, and ensuring quality — all in close partnership with the operations, manufacturing and logistics teams.

The salary range for this position is $100K- $130K per year, commensurate with experience, education and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success: Production Leadership & Execution:

- Lead the Supervisors and Team Leads responsible for driving client work into production — from post-handoff through to release on the floor — ensuring accuracy, completeness and on-time flow.
- Set priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and hold teams accountable for output quality and turnaround against client commitments.
- Serve as the senior point of escalation for production issues, balancing competing demands across accounts and work types.

Scalable, Flow-Based Production Model:





- Build toward a model where production-PM work flows to available capacity across the team.
- Establish the visibility, planning cadence and cross-training needed for capacity to be shared across teams and PMs.

Process, SOPs & Governance:

- Partner with the Continuous Improvement lead on the NCR process — driving root-cause analysis, corrective action and measurable reduction in recurring issues, particularly around information and file readiness into production.
- Build a culture of quality across the production-PM team, using data to identify trends and target the highest-impact drivers.

Training & Capability:

- Develop role-based training, onboarding and cross-training for the Supervisors and Team Leads to build bench strength and continuity.
- Establish clear capability paths across the production-PM team.

Team Leadership & Planning:

- Lead capacity planning, workload balancing and resource allocation across the production-PM function.
- Coach, develop and manage the performance of the Supervisors and Team Leads reporting into the role.

Qualifications

When your expertise drives us: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in production, operations, graphics communication or project management within print production, retail marketing, or a comparable environment, including team leadership.

- Proven experience leading and developing supervisors and team leads across multiple teams or sites.
- Strong track record building SOPs, standardizing process and driving continuous improvement (e.g. NCR / root-cause / corrective-action programs).
- Capacity and resource planning experience, with the ability to balance workload across competing priorities and accounts.




- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellenent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively accross client-facing and production functions.
