As Senior

Manager, Trust Strategy & Operations – New Platforms, you will lead the strategy and execution for scaling trust across eBay's ecosystem by enabling new businesses, platforms, and strategic initiatives to leverage eBay's trust capabilities. You will assess trust readiness, identify capability gaps, define shared trust strategies, and lead cross-functional implementation in partnership with Trust, Risk, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and business leaders across eBay and its subsidiaries. Lead trust readiness assessments for acquisitions, subsidiaries, and strategic business initiatives, identifying trust risks, capability gaps, and implementation priorities.





Shape the long-term strategy and roadmap for scalable trust capabilities across eBay’s core and new platforms. Own high-priority Trust projects from strategy to execution Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, Trust and Safety, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or related fields, with progressive leadership responsibility. Demonstrated success defining long-term strategy, evaluating competing priorities and trade-offs, and driving execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Executive Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.

Customer & Marketplace Perspective: Deep understanding of trust, marketplace dynamics, and balancing customer experience with business objectives.
