ABOUT THE ROLE:

You'll be the person clients trust to decide how NetSuite should work for their business, and then make it real. You'll lead discovery, own the architecture across financials, operations, and manufacturing, and stay with the engagement through go-live. You'll also help win the work. Executive demos, solution options, and the estimate behind the SOW.

This is a genuinely techno-functional role. You might be in a process workshop with a CFO in the morning and reviewing SuiteScript in an SDF project in the afternoon. The split is roughly 60% delivery, 25% pre-sales solutioning, and 15% mentoring and internal IP, against a target utilization.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

- Discovery and process design across Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Plan to Produce.
- End-to-end solution architecture: data model,



the customization boundary, integration topology, and environment and release strategy across sandbox, release preview, and production.
- Integration architecture on SuiteTalk REST with OAuth 2.0, SuiteQL, and RESTlets, plus iPaaS platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, Workato, or MuleSoft.
- Tax and compliance design in SuiteTax, including GST, HST, PST, and QST treatment and place-of-supply rules for clients operating across provinces.
- SuiteBilling design for subscription, usage, and consumption-based pricing, and how it lands in Advanced Revenue Management under IFRS 15 / ASC 606.
- Customization built to last : SuiteScript 2.1, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder, delivered through SDF with source control and a defined promotion path.
- Full-cycle delivery from requirements through go-live, hypercare, and the optimization roadmap that follows.

WHAT YOU'LL HELP CLIENTS GET AHEAD OF A meaningful part of this role is seeing platform change coming before your clients feel it:

- Migrating SOAP integrations to REST ahead of Oracle's sunset.
- Remediating legacy SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 customizations onto 2.1.
- Moving accounts from Legacy Tax to SuiteTax.
- Advising where NetSuite's AI capabilities (EPM agents, Intelligent Close Manager, the AI Connector Service) genuinely fit a client's process, and where they don't.

WHAT YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE TO

- Mentoring consultants on solution design, technical configuration, and the judgment calls that don't show up in documentation.
- Accelerators, templates, and reusable components that make the next engagement faster than the last.
- Pre-sales solutioning: discovery, demos, proofs of concept, and executive presentations.

WHAT YOU BRING

- 8+ years implementing NetSuite, including 3+ in a senior techno-functional or architect capacity.
- Ownership of at least 6 full-cycle implementations, end-to-end.
- Genuine fluency across Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Plan to Produce.
- Hands-on delivery experience in at least one of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or WMS.
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification.
- SuiteScript 2.1, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteQL.
- Integration design on SuiteTalk REST with OAuth 2.0, and hands-on work with at least one iPaaS.




- SDF and source-controlled deployment. You have an opinion about how customization gets promoted.
- Working knowledge of multi-jurisdiction indirect tax configuration in NetSuite.
- Credibility in front of executive stakeholders, and the analytical and communication skills to earn it.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

- NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification, or NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Certification. Current certification preferred.
- SuiteTax migration experience.
- OneWorld multi-subsidiary and multi-currency design for cross-border Canada and US operations.
- NetSuite Analytics Warehouse or EPM.
- Distribution, or grocery and food production.
- Large-scale data migration.
- Comfort with AI-assisted development tooling.

HOW WE'LL KNOW IT'S WORKING

- Days 1 to 30 : Complete internal onboarding, become fluent in our delivery methodology, architecture standards, and accelerator library, and shadow an active engagement.
- Days 31 to 60: Own the solution architecture for a live engagement with review support, and contribute to at least one pre-sales solutioning effort.
- Days 61 to 90 : Carry independent architecture accountability across assigned engagements, lead executive-level design sessions without support, and identify one reusable asset or delivery standard worth building.
- First 12 months : (2 to 3 measurable outcomes, for example, implementations delivered on scope, a named accelerator shipped, or pre-sales win rate on architect-led deals).
