Act as a trusted confidant and problem-solver, creating an environment where every worker feels heard and valued.Safety Leadership: Take full ownership of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) programs, ensuring a culture of safety excellence and full compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations.HR Generalist Excellence: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation/perks administration.Compliance Expert: Serve as the internal authority on BC Employment Standards and labour laws to mitigate risk and ensure fair practices.Strategic Growth Support: Partner with the CEO to scale the workforce efficiently, ensuring that as the company grows,



the culture remains intact and the right talent is in the right seats.The Ideal CandidateWe are seeking a seasoned HR professional who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You should be someone who values "listening" as much as "implementing".Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion spent in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Education: A degree or diploma in Human Resources; CPHR designation is considered a strong asset.Regulatory Knowledge: Deep expertise in BC Labour Standards and WorkSafeBC requirements.Communication Style: Approachable, empathetic, and firm when necessary.
