I’m currently working with a highly respected, design-driven mid-sized General Contractor in Toronto, known for delivering high-quality commercial interiors, institutional, architectural and custom projects .

The company has a strong architectural and design foundation , working closely with leading architects, designers, consultants and clients to deliver complex projects from concept through construction .

We are looking for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with:
Required: Architectural background — architecture degree, architectural experience, or significant experience working within an architectural/design environment
Solid ICI interiors / commercial construction experience




Strong design coordination and understanding of design development
Experience with value engineering and constructability reviews
Robust consultant and design-team coordination skills
Experience managing projects through pre-construction and construction
Solid Construction Management experience
Strong client, consultant, subcontractor and design-team communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and appreciation for high-quality design
