Focus on establishing inventory targets and improving forecasting processes to ensure productive working capital management. Leadership is key as you develop your team to pursue operational excellence and accountability.Key Responsibilities:
Own the demand forecasting for retail, wholesale, and DTC
Partner with teams to inform promotional and inventory strategies
Manage the S&OP; process for optimal alignment across departments




Monitor inventory health and financial metrics
Foster a cooperative team culture focused on performanceRequirements:
Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
Minimum 3 years' experience in demand planning
Familiar with planning in multiple sales channels
Solid experience with financial metrics and budgets
