Become a Seasonal Airfield Maintenance Technician with the Corporation of the City of Timmins. The role focuses on crucial maintenance tasks to support airfield safety year-round. Reporting to the Airfield Maintenance Foreman, this position entails the operation of various equipment for effective snow removal and grounds maintenance.

Technicians must also keep logs, participate in safety training programs, and ensure compliance with all safety measures. The role is hands-on and requires effective communication within the team. Key Responsibilities:
Operate snow removal and landscaping equipment
Conduct maintenance programs and airfield inspections
Maintain accurate safety and service records
Participate in airport safety and emergency response
Conduct wildlife checks as part of airfield operations Requirements:
Class DZ Ontario Driver's Licence is mandatory
Obtain an Aeronautical Radio Certificate within 30 days
Previous airside operations experience preferred
First Aid and WHMIS certification are assets
