Scope of the JobAs a new and cutting‑edge electric automobile brand in North America, we are looking for high caliber Automotive Service Technicians. In this role, your expertise will be relied upon to diagnose and perform a wide range of automotive service and mechanical repairs.Responsibilities and TasksAbility to effectively diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive service, mechanical, electrical, and software issuesPromptly and efficiently perform all necessary work as stated in work ordersFrequently communicate with Service staff on all work required to ensure alignment on timelines and expectationsObtain parts from parts department and return parts as requiredEscalate and clearly communicate all difficult repairs to the Lead Technician to ensure prompt solutionsMaintain consistent understanding and compliance with VinFast policies and proceduresAdhere to all safety and security regulations in the workplaceConstant learning and upgrading of knowledge base via VinFast training and coursesAbility, at times, to discuss issues with customers in a professional and courteous mannerEnsure that the shop is clean and tidyOther related duties as requiredWhat You BringA minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, previous experience with an electric automobile brand preferredValid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract/recordKnowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle components, past Electric Vehicle experience an assetExperience with electrical diagnostics and understanding of wiring diagramsFlexibility to work retail business hours,
