This role primarily involves phone and email communication to build relationships, generate leads, close deals and assist customer coming to the store.**Key Responsibilities** * Proactively identify and contact potential and existing customers via phone and email to present AIR LIQUIDE CANADA INC.'s products and services. * Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from our extensive product portfolio. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations. * Negotiate pricing and termswith customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. * Manage and grow a dedicatedcustomer base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams (e.G., logistics, customer service) to ensure timely delivery. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
