NorQuest College is seeking casual instructors to enhance its Health Care Aide program. Responsibilities include delivering instruction in classrooms and clinical settings while fostering a supportive learning setting. You’ll create instructional materials and provide feedback, ensuring students are prepared for their clinical experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and develop class materials for effective instruction
• Deliver engaging lessons in labs and clinical settings
• Maintain a skilled, supportive learning workplace




• Assess student skills using Health Care Aide curriculum
• Input student grades and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
• Active RN or LPN designation in Alberta
• Three years clinical nursing or education experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health-related field preferred
• One year of adult teaching experience for LPNs required
• Commitment to clinical placement supervision is necessary
