We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology and products, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Duties
Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed product demonstrations, especially for technology-related items
Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
Manage product merchandising to ensure attractive displays and organized shelves
Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Conduct customer service interactions with professionalism, including phone etiquette and addressing customer inquiries
Maintain organized stock areas and ensure products are well-presented
Support inventory management and assist with stock replenishment as needed




Provide technical support or product explanations to help customers make informed decisions
Handle cash register operations efficiently while ensuring accuracy in transactions

Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and advantages
Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technology sales is advantageous
Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills for transaction accuracy
Customer service-oriented with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively engage customers through upselling techniques
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Familiarity with retail environment standards including merchandising, inventory management, and sales processes
