This hands-on role focuses on building structure, enhancing processes, and driving employee engagement. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to stabilize HR operations, ensure compliance, and foster a productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
Provide employee relations guidance to managers and employees
Conduct workplace investigations and support resolutions
Review and improve health and safety compliance initiatives

7+ years in HR, including HR Business Partner experience
Solid knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
