ResponsibilitiesWork to develop strong partnerships with Meta Sourcing, Engineering and Finance teams to build mid‑to‑long‑term demand planning and forecasting strategies.Develop an optimized supply plan to support network, data center construction, artificial intelligence, and compute & storage initiatives.Collaborate with suppliers to assess production capacity and alternatives for material constraints; evaluate trade‑off decisions in limited resource environments to source a reliable supply plan.Utilize forecasting models and strategies with Meta data science engineering teams, incorporating cost optimization, deployment demands, AI/GenAI strategies, and various data center and network fabric types; employ what‑if planningmodels (Flexibility simulator) and demand planning systems (Oracle).Manage supply chain processes using planning software and collaborate with Meta Enterprise Products and Analytics teams to enhance automation, improving efficiency and accuracy.Prepare hardware technical forecasting models that consider engineering options and collaborate with partners to drive demand trade‑offs.Identify cost‑reduction opportunities with cross‑functional partners, including excess & obsolescence reduction, design for manufacturing, recent product introduction (NPI), safety stock planning, and inventory optimization at the rack and commodity levels.Communicate plans and commitments across the organization, including leadership,



to ensure clear understanding of supply commitments and implications.Support the Integrated Business Planning / Sales and Operations Planning (IBP/S&OP) cycle, aligning it with overall business objectives and maintaining a seamless process.Collaborate with the Meta Demand Planning and Engineering teams to source the latest demand signals.Develop and manage an optimized rack and commodity‑level supply plan, working closely with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) to model production capacity and constraints; make informed trade‑offand allocation decisions in limited material environments.Monitor inventory positions with the Commodity Planning team and propose safety‑stock adjustments based on identified risks.Source planning‑relevant data, maintain organization, and oversee a dynamic NPI process for AI server rack development.Utilize Meta’s Clear‑to‑Build (CTB) tool to manage commodities at various AI server rack production stages, ensuring seamless supply planning and optimized production workflows.Support the development of current KPIs and automated reports to drive business decisions, highlight performance, and identify risks.Collaborate closely with Meta ODMs located in Taiwan through regular weekly video calls to achieve monthly deliverables:



updated demand and supply plans sent to relevant internal contacts and supply chain operations, aiming for 100% on‑time delivery and ≥90% feasibility based on supply.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or applicable experience in business (operations, supply chain, finance, economics) or engineering.5+ years of experience in supply‑chain‑related roles (demand, supply, materials, or inventory planning).Technical and analytical skills, with experience building dynamic models using Google Sheets, Excel (Apps Script, VBA, SQL, or Python) and creating data visualizations using Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar software.Proven communication skills.Proficient using planning tools and ERP software (Oracle, SAP, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or custom builds).Experience in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative, data‑driven environment while independently managing projects.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
