Job#: 3048185 : We are looking for senior designer profile who can work with business and re-design the online form. This would be for 4-6 weeks

Sr. UX/UI Designer- Redesign the MPB onboarding/intake form to improve usability, reduce cycle time, increase form completion rates, and streamline the customer onboarding experience. This aligns with prior MPB UX deliverables that included intake forms, wireframes, prototypes, research reports, and design guides.

Key Responsibilities

- Review current MPB intake form and onboarding workflow.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and user journey analysis.
- Identify usability pain points and redundant data collection.
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Simplify form navigation and field organization.
- Recommend progressive disclosure and conditional field visibility.
- Improve mobile and desktop responsiveness.
- Define validation/error messaging standards.
- Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback.
- Produce developer-ready specifications and handoff documentation
