* Staff Housing is not available for this position The Staff Accommodation Attendant helps make our staff housing feel like home, offering comfort and a warm welcome to everyone. By keeping shared spaces clean and inviting, this role creates a place where employees can relax and recharge. We want someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to details, and enjoys making a positive difference in our staff's daily lives.

Responsibilities

- Keep staff accommodation clean, fresh, and welcoming.
- Clean and sanitize designated areas within the staff accommodations, including bathrooms, common areas, and the kitchen area.
- Bedrooms may be requested for cleaning after tenant checkouts if they are not cleaned sufficiently.
- Empty and clean trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager to restock supplies and promptly report low inventory.
- Report damage, repair needs, or maintenance issues to the Staff Accommodation Manager.
- Clean, maintain, and properly store all equipment and tools.
- Follow established health & safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Adhere to the cleaning schedule and complete tasks within the allocated time.
- Other duties as required.

Requirements:

- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.




- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the given timeframe.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
