Duties

- Provide expert consultation to healthcare professionals and patients regarding medication therapies, potential interactions, and proper administration techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, hospital policies, and safety protocols related to medication storage, handling, and documentation.
- Administer medications when required, including injections or other forms of treatment, following established medical procedures.




- Monitor patient responses to prescribed therapies, adjusting medication plans in collaboration with medical teams to optimize outcomes.
- Educate patients on medication use, potential side effects, and adherence strategies to promote safe medication practices.
- Maintain meticulous records of medication dispensing, patient interactions, and inventory management to support quality assurance initiatives.

Experience
