Your responsibilities include smooth daily kitchen operations and the development of creative menus under the guidance of the Director of Culinary. This position requires robust leadership skills and at least five years of culinary experience to ensure everything served meets our high culinary standards. You will also be involved in staff development and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage kitchen staff to achieve operational goals • Assist in menu preparation and food quality assurance • Provide guidance on culinary best practices • Comply with health and safety regulations • Train and develop culinary team members

Requirements: • Valid Red Seal Cook’s Qualification • Minimum three years in a supervisory capacity • Solid background in dining service environments • Effective leader with motivational skills • Understanding of government regulations in food service
