We are currently seeking a Rail Systems Engineer/Specialist – Requirements Management to join our Rail Systems Team in Toronto and support a portfolio of major rail and transit infrastructure programs across Canada and the United States. This role will focus on requirements engineering, traceability, compliance, and systems integration activities within complex, multidisciplinary project environments.Reporting to the Rail Systems Requirements Management Lead and working closely with project managers and discipline leads, you will support project teams at both bid and delivery stages. You will provide technical expertise in requirements management, database administration (IBM DOORS Classic and/or DOORS Next), and compliance reporting across the full systems engineering lifecycle.
