Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director, this role oversees estimating operations within a business unit, leading the process through resource allocation, estimate reviews, and tender submissions. The Estimating Manager develops divisional manpower, mentors team members, and provides input on project pursuits, while fostering strong communication and collaboration.Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to SiteLead and mentor the estimating team to ensure accuracy and continuous improvement.Oversee and validate project estimates, including scopes, specifications,



and risk mitigation.Develop and approve bid strategies to maximize success and identify cost‑saving opportunities.Manage tender closings and complex project pursuits, ensuring milestones are met.Build strong client and subcontractor relationships while conducting market analysis for accurate costing.The Right Tools for the JobEducation:Diploma or degree in a related construction or engineering field.Experience:12+ years combined field and estimating experience, including 5+ years in a senior estimating role.Skills:Proficiency in conceptual estimating, risk assessment, bid strategy, and software tools (MS Excel, Primavera, Onscreen Takeoff, Bluebeam; BIM knowledge an asset).CompensationSalary Range $146,000 to $178,000 per annumCompensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placementThree to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experienceFlexible, comprehensive Health & Dental perks plan designed to support your well‑beingWe’re proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to an inclusive, accessible workplace.
