The firm has consistently made principal investments over the past decade, recycling capital into high‐value opportunities and working closely with management teams and boards to create long‐term value.Your ContributionAs an integral member of the principal investments team, you will work directly with the founding partners of Agentis on principal activities and will work with members of the advisory team where Agentis is making an investment in or alongside a client. You will work directly with C‐suite executives and board members of Agentis portfolio companies and potential investments.Your role will include:Researching potential investment opportunities; providing research on target companies, sectors, industries, and geographiesEvaluating investment opportunities and participating in the execution of principal investmentsDeveloping financial models with a range of complexity for principal transactionsAssisting in the management of due diligence processes, including managing third‐party advisorsAssisting in developing the strategy, business plan, and objectives of portfolio investmentsManaging and aggregating asset‐level reporting for portfolio investmentsAs a member of a high‐performing team working in a fast‐paced workplace,
