We are currently seeking a

Customer Service and Scale Clerk for our Brinston location. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for office reception and answers and directs calls in friendly and timely manner.

Conducts inbound and outbound computerized truck releases

Grain Grading

Maintaining paperwork for IP program

Assist with HACCP/CPRIS programme and maintain files

Making tags

Shipping of samples to appropriate labs with appropriate paperwork

Availability to work overtime, including weekends

Direct traffic to loading bins and pits

Key qualifications would include

Experience in Customer Service

Grain Grading knowledge would be an asset





Ability to think quickly and make logical decisions

Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to meet changing priorities in a quick-paced environment , multi-task and meet deadlines
