ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete room inspections after move-outs to ensure cleanliness Complete basic repairs and attend to maintenance requests Conduct deep cleaning tasks and project work such as painting, coordinating furniture moves, troubleshooting appliances Snow removal and lawn care Support the Housing Manager with capital projects and staff housing improvements Assist the housing team with bi-monthly inspections Clean and prepare any rooms that do not meet established standards for move ins Pick up debris and empty trash containers Clean public areas as required (such as kitchens and bathrooms) Arrange for monthly common area clear outs Meet and greet new team members as instructed by the housing team Follow all health and safety regulations Other duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

At least one year of housekeeping or maintenance experience is preferred Must be able to lift 50- 100 lbs. and capable of manual duties required A valid Alberta driver's license Positive, self-motivated, and passionate in creating the best possible team member experience Must have strong English communication skills Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail Able to work with minimal supervision The starting wage for this role is $24.00/hour.
