This is a high-impact coordination role ideal for someone who thrives in structured, quick-moving environments and enjoys being at the centre of large-scale operations that support one of the world’s biggest sporting events.Salary:$25.00/hourLocation:Vancouver, BCSchedule:Full-time, variable schedule including evenings and peak operational periods as requiredJob Type:Full time | TemporaryResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring alignment with tournament requirementsTrack recruitment progress, onboarding milestones, and training completion across multiple functional areasAssist in the preparation and delivery of training materials prior to operational launchSupport onboarding and check-in processes for temporary staff, ensuring compliance and smooth integrationManage workforce operations during tournament periods including attendance, overtime tracking, and escalationsAct as a key liaison between staffing agencies, PMO teams, and internal functional departmentsMaintain accurate workforce records, including time reporting and allocation trackingIdentify, elevate,
