You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance and optimizing utility and government incentives that support our clean energy initiatives. Collaborate across teams like Sales, Product, and Customer Success to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Own rebate and incentive strategy across all markets
Research utility incentives for recent market launches




Develop scalable SOPs for accurate communication
Build relationships with Government and Vendor partners
Track compliance requirements and program updates Requirements:
Bachelor's in Business, Policy, or related field
5+ years in program management or energy programs
Robust analytical skills for program eligibility
Proven process development and cross-functional communication
