Responsibilities
Supervise front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and quality standards across all departments
Clean and get rooms ready
Implement effective phone etiquette practices to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest communications professionally




Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property to uphold our reputation for excellence

Skills
Proven supervising experience in hospitality or hotel management roles
Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Knowledge of hotel operations, front desk procedures, and hospitality industry best practices
Experience in human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance management
Budgeting skills to manage expenses and optimize operational costs effectively
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills in high-pressure situations
Familiarity with guest services software and basic administrative tools
