Drive MEP projects on-site as a Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Lead. Leverage your expertise in design, estimation, and construction to support preconstruction and operations teams. This full time role requires a deep understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design concepts.

You will be pivotal in project preconstruction, providing industry knowledge as an in-house resource for associates and clients. Your experience will help ensure successful coordination and bidding processes. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing design and project estimates
Coordinate trade partners and bidding processes
Manage risks throughout the construction lifecycle
Facilitate document reviews and scheduling tasks
Support project operations with analytical problem-solving Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or construction fields
Over 5 years of design or construction management experience
Proficient in MEP terminology and construction procedures
Solid time management and prioritization skills
Experience building relationships with trade partners Utilize your MEP knowledge and management skills to enhance project success in office.
